Sorting Line Items
Do you really want the client to see how big your crew is at the top of your bid, or maybe it might be better to tuck the masseuse a little lower in the misc category.
Shift-Click to select the line item or category you want to move.
Hold down the Shift key and then click on the line item you want to move.
Shift-Up/Down arrow to move.
Then continue to hold down the Shift key and use the Up and Down arrow keys to move the item. You can see a video of this feature here.
