Agent personalities are when you are using Blinkbid to manage several artists. It becomes useful when you create an estimate in artists' personality and the estimate is approved, you can then go onto create an agent invoice based on the commission of the job you bid. This way you can track your own invoices due to you as an agent from the artists that you manage.
