Labels, Email Lists and Exporting Contacts
Blinkbid can print labels, export an email list or export a vCard of all or selected contacts. To get started navigate to the Address Book in the sidebar and then click on the Expanded View button. You'll encounter the phrase Visible Contacts which means the contacts that are showing at the time you export. For example you can choose a group from the drop down menu and only the contacts of that group will be visible. The same goes if you do an Advance Find on a city etc.
Printing labels.
From under the contact menu in expanded view of the address book choose Print Address Labels for Visible Contacts. Then choose the label type you want to print.
Exporting an email list.
When you choose Create Email List For Visible Contacts Blinkbid will save a text file to your desktop which you can use for online email services like Agency Access.
Exporting your contacts.
By choosing Export Visible Contacts from the Contacts menu, you'll be give a choice of exporting to a CSV or vCard format.
