Job Sharing
Sharing a job with a colleague who also uses Blinkbid is a nice way to make new friends, and then save them a lot of time so they don't have to re-enter an entire bid to work with you.
Choose what to share.
Choose if you want to Show or Hide the fees from the job. This is useful if you are sending the estimate to a producer but don't want to reveal the amount of the fees being charged to the client.
The share code.
After the job is sent to the secure Blinkbid server, Blinkbid will generate share code. You can choose to Copy the share code to the clipboard to paste into an email or chat client. Or you can click the Email button and email the information directly from within Blinkbid. To add or delete from your email list go to the Application Options section and click on the collaborators button.
How sharing works.
When you share a job you send that job to our secure server. Then you send a share code to the recipient.

After your colleague receives the job, they can make changes and send the estimate back to the server.
