Invoice Terms

The invoice terms preferences in detail.

This window enables you to customize your Invoice Terms preferences which are imported into each new job. They can be easily modified at the job level as well.

Once you fill out the different fields, go to the top of the window and click on the Build Terms icon. The text box in the lower part of the window will be filled with your new estimate terms which you can then click into to and edit the text if needed. Not all the fields are required on the fields with a value will be used to create the text. A Grace Period of 5 days is if an invoice is due on January 2nd Blinkbid won't consider it passed due until January 7th. We recommend you leave this blank and have your invoices due upon receipt.
