The Print Preview window displays your document before saving it as a PDF or sending it to the printer. The Print Preview window is displayed each time you print a document or report. Blinkbid will display a dialog directing users to the Print Preview Menu which controls the window. To continue printing, press Enter or Command-P.

To cancel printing and return to your previous screen, press Command-W.

After you are familiar with the Print Preview you might want to disable the pop-up dialog. You can disable this by selecting Disable print preview help dialog within the Application Options tab in the preferences section.
