Blinkbid has a myriad of global options like fonts and which email client to sue which can make your life easier and make using BB a bit more personal and efficient.
The application options window in detail.
- Display next to edit in the sidebar: Select the information you would like displayed to indicate the currently active job.

- Blinkbid now enables you to select Fonts for the different parts of your estimate or invoice. Blinkbid can access any font that is currently installed in your system. But, in order to keep memory overhead low in Blinkbid, we do not load font menus. To utilize a font you must spell it exactly (case sensitive) as it is stored in your operating system. To see your fonts you can use a OS included font utility like Font Book on the MAC. You can also have a look at a font menu in an application that also accesses fonts like Microsoft Word or any of the Adobe CS suite.
- If you want Blinkbid to start up with its default window size and placement tick the check box in front of Forget window position on quit.
- The Disable maximize window on start is a Windows operating system only feature that allows users to disable Blinkbid from maximizing upon opening.
- You know that annoying alert window that tells you about the print preview options in the print preview mode, you can disable that by ticking the Disable print preview help dialog.
- Disable info bubbles will turn off the yellow bubbles that pop up when you hover over certain parts of the Blinkbid application.
- Sort jobs in creation order is if you prefer Blinkbid to show your jobs lists in the order that the jobs were created rather than by the job number.

- Disable info bubbles for item catalog governs the yellow info bubbles that pop up over the item catalog items in the estimate or invoice window. These bubbles are useful if the item name doesn't fit in the column.
Document footer info.
The document footer info field prints whatever you put into this field at the bottom of each page of your document. By cling the small red tag button you'll be presented with the place holder list in which you can enter special codes which will be converted to its corresponding information for the job currently being edited.
